This policy explains what information Mountaintop Property Management LLC (“Mountaintop PM,” “we,” “us”) collects from people who contact us or use mountaintoppropertymanagement.com, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you submit the rental analysis form, call, email, or text us, we may receive:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The city and general details of your property
- Which service you are asking about
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
Our website does not require an account and does not run advertising trackers that identify you personally. Your browser may store a preference for light or dark mode on your own device; that preference never leaves your browser.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a rental analysis, schedule a visit, and provide the services you ask for. If you become a client, we use it to manage your property under our Utah brokerage license and to communicate with you about your account.
SMS text messages
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent. No mobile information collected as part of the SMS consent process will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This includes our affiliated company, Mountaintop Windows & Exteriors LLC: your consent to receive text messages from Mountaintop Property Management does not give any affiliated business permission to text you.
Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages themselves, such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers, and only so the message can reach you. They may not use it for their own marketing.
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, or otherwise give us permission, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, your appointment, or your property. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of using our services or submitting a form.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our website, forms, email, and messaging on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to do that work
- Vendors and contractors performing work you have authorized on your property
- Anyone you ask us to share it with
- Government or legal authorities where the law requires it
Where an affiliated company would perform work on your property, we disclose that affiliation to you in writing and obtain your approval first. That disclosure is separate from, and does not change, the SMS rule above.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed Utah real estate brokerage. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or reply and ask.
- Phone: tell us and we will stop calling.
- Access or correction: email or call us and we will tell you what we have and fix anything that is wrong.
Children
Our services are for property owners. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
